In light of recent announcements about coronavirus from the government, I think it is best I provide our upcoming guests and visitors an update on our position during this crisis.
For those who are booked in to stay with us, please be reassured that we are taking extra precautions to protect all of our guests. This includes using antiviral wipes (same brand as used on cruise ships) on all light switches, door handles, handrails, table sauces etc on top of our normal cleaning routine. We understand that local events, such as weddings and retreats, may be cancelled and you will no longer have a need to stay in the area. In response to this, any cancellations due to COVID-19 will still be charged the cancellation fee, however your details will be added to a list and you will be able to rebook with us in the future minus the fee you have paid.
For example, if you had booked to stay for two nights and so you pay a cancellation fee of £50, you can rebook with us for two nights £x amount of money and the cost will be £x-£50. However, if you only rebook for one night with us, this reduction amount would be £25. Please get in contact if you have any questions regarding this.
I want to take this time to thank you for your understanding in this difficult time. This is going to be very hard on everyone, especially small hospitality businesses such as ourselves, and we need to do everything we can to protect our communities.
